• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Bath accessories (loofahs, brushes)
• Bedding with protective covers (mattress protectors, pillow protectors)

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
• Returns are subject to inspection upon arrival
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error

Refunds:

After we receive and approve your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and for free shipping orders, $12.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, we will ship the new item after processing your return. Standard shipping charges apply based on order value.
